Presentation - New solutions for demanding recycling processes: Decontamination and Deodorization of Polymers
Daniel Gneuss is President of Gneuss Inc (Matthews, NC, USA) and Managing Partner of Gneuss GmbH, (Bad Oeynhausen, Germany) together with his brother Dr Stefan Gneuss. Gneuss is a supplier of innovative solutions for the extrusion and recycling industry. Gneuss’ patented MRS extruder offers new possibilities for the efficient devolatilization and extrusion of polymers. In combination with its process constant and fully automatic screen changers, post-consumer polymers can be converted back into high-quality end-products.
Before joining Gneuss in 1998, Daniel worked for STEAG Hamatech, a leading manufacturer of CD and DVD manufacturing equipment, as a Process Engineer for STEAG.
Daniel earned his Masters’ Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Plastics Processing from the Technical University in Aachen, Germany in 1996.
